This page explains what UBETA collects on ubeta.com and why. It does not cover the separate partner/library portal, which has its own account system and terms.

What we collect

• Early-access signup. If you submit your email address in the "Get early access" form, we store that address so we can contact you about UBETA availability and pricing.
• Collaboration inquiries. If you email us about testing or co-developing a future capability, or about a gym/setter order, we keep that correspondence like any normal business email.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this page, and we do not sell or share your email address with third parties.

How long we keep it

Early-access addresses are kept until we launch and you either convert to a customer or unsubscribe, whichever comes first, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@ubeta.com with "unsubscribe" and the address you signed up with. We will remove it promptly.

Who we are

UBETA is an independent hold-making project, not yet incorporated. It is operated by an individual rather than a registered company, and is the controller of the data described above. The quickest way to reach a person about anything on this page is info@ubeta.com.

When UBETA is incorporated, this section will name the company, its jurisdiction, and its registered address.
